Job Description**

**Position/Program Requirements**

Minimum Years of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree

Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of Configuration/Pricing/Quoting, Sales Automation, Quote to Cash transformation, solutions and processes with Fortune 500 companies.Master's degree preferred

Demonstrates extensive understanding of CPQ solutions in eco system integrating with Oracle or SAP ERP through middleware solutions (WebMethods, Cast Iron, Informatica, & etc.).

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of multi-tier Channel enablement through self-serve CPQ facilities that integrate with partners' CRM and ERP environment.

Demonstrates full understanding of CPQ transformation in multi-channel environment throughout the entire customer life cycle.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge of CPQ integration with entitlement and pricing requirements for renewal sales.

Demonstrates some subject matter expertise in CPQ market with published white paper or frequent speaking engagements.

Demonstrates extensive industry knowledge and business models of software, internet, computer, networking and other high tech segments.

Prior experience working in a consulting firm at or above the Manager level.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates proven extensive industry sales and management consulting expert-level skills in CPQ implementation while working collaboratively with Business partners and Project Team to deliver measurable results for all routes to market through the entire customer life cycle.

Demonstrates a successful track record in Program Management of large scale enterprise class cross functional implementations combined with the ability to lead a team of direct and indirect staff, engage stakeholders, and deliver profitable engagements.

Demonstrates proven extensive management abilities as a leader of a project team that include the following:

-Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management; and reviewing the work of team members.

-Leveraging customer sales knowledge and analytical skills, especially as it relates to project management, project facilitation, and the development of client proposals.

- Networking and relationship building with clients, industry leaders, and prospects at executive, director, and staff level.

-Researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters, including leveraging the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously for self and others.

-Demonstrating self-motivation and responsibility for personal growth and development while mentoring junior members of the team.

-Leveraging analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks
